This agreement outlines the policies, expectations, and terms of service for working with Koach Kyla Coaching & Consulting. By signing below, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

Confidentiality

All sessions, conversations, and materials shared are strictly confidential and will not be disclosed without consent, except where required by law.

Payment

All services must be paid in full at booking unless a payment plan is arranged in writing. Failure to complete payment may result in paused or canceled services.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule sessions. Late cancellations may result in forfeiture of the session.

Refunds

All payments are non-refundable. Exceptions may be considered only in cases of hardship at the discretion of Koach Kyla Coaching & Consulting.

Scope of Services

Coaching is not a substitute for therapy, counseling, legal, or financial advice. Consulting services focus on business operations, organizational solutions, and professional support.

Client Responsibility

Clients are expected to arrive on time, participate openly, and take responsibility for implementing actions agreed upon in sessions.

Communication

Email and Voxer support (if included) will be responded to within 48 hours during business hours. Emergency support is not provided.

Intellectual Property

All materials, resources, guides, and frameworks provided by Koach Kyla Coaching & Consulting remain the intellectual property of the company. Clients are granted limited personal use only and may not copy, reproduce, or distribute materials without written consent.

No Warranties

All services are provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Koach Kyla Coaching & Consulting makes no guarantees regarding specific outcomes or results.

Limitations of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Koach Kyla Coaching & Consulting shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from services provided. Liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for services.

Indemnification

Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Koach Kyla Coaching & Consulting, its employees, and contractors from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from participation in coaching or consulting services.

Limited License

Clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use service materials for personal or business use as agreed. This license does not permit resale, redistribution, or unauthorized sharing of materials.
