Hi, I’m Kyla!

I’ve worn many titles in my life executive, wife, mom, and now widow. For over 20 years, I worked in corporate America, leading teams and building strategies. I loved that work and the challenge of balancing leadership with family life. But life changed. Loss came, and it reshaped me in ways I never expected.

Today, I stand as a woman who has known love and grief, success and burnout, endings and new beginnings. Each chapter prepared me for this one.

I’m not just a coach I’m a listener, a witness, and a guide for women navigating the pivots of life. My work is rooted in compassion and strategy because I believe you need both soul and structure to rise into your next chapter.

Beyond the titles, I’m a mom, a lover of quiet mornings, a believer in second chances, and someone who finds strength in helping others discover their own.
